The ledger stays on this device.

Glyce is a personal finance ledger. The amounts, wallets, notes, and recurring expenses you enter stay in the app’s local database on this device.

What stays on the device

Wallet names, balances, transactions, categories, budgets, and recurring expenses are stored locally.
That local database is excluded from iCloud and iTunes backups. Deleting the app or losing the device deletes this money record. Glyce does not sync it to a server and cannot restore it.
The home-screen widget receives only the formatted total needed to display it, through a shared app container on the same device. When the app lock is on, that display is hidden.

Account

Glyce does not create an account. There is no sign-in. Your name in the app is stored only on this device.

GlyceAI

GlyceAI is visible in the app and marked coming soon. It does not send receipts, screens, or phrases anywhere, and it does not record a transaction.

Analytics and crashes

Analytics and crash reports are on until you turn them off in Settings. They record behavior such as screen and feature use, language, and crash diagnostics. They do not include amounts, notes, categories, or wallet names. Crash reports use a random identifier created on the device, not your Apple account identifier. Glyce does not use advertising identifiers or tracking.
